Education

​

She holds a degree in Psychology from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, a Master’s in Organizational Behavior from the University of London, and a PhD in Organizational Psychology from Manchester Metropolitan University. She is an accredited Coach (Senior Practitioner) by the EMCC and the International Society of Coaching Psychology. Additionally, she is a certified professional Enneagram instructor, accredited “with distinction” by the International Enneagram Association.

She is certified in various training, assessment, and coaching tools, including FIRO-B, Change Style Indicator (CSI), Workplace Big Five, Point Leader, Influence Style Indicator, ISPI, Leadership Network Diagnostic, Benchmarks 360°, instructional design (4Mat), and various simulations and programs.

Professional experience

​

As co-founder and director of Nine Sapiens, she has led executive development programs across Spain, France, Belgium, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, the United Kingdom, the USA, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, and Chile. She has worked across multiple industries with companies such as Roche, Sanofi, Telefónica, BBVA, Banco Santander, Sabadell, MetLife, Endesa, Airbus, Accor, Jerónimo Martins, and Etex Group, among others. She is also an associate consultant at the Center for Creative Leadership and an adjunct professor at EADA Business School.

Previously, she held senior leadership roles in Human Resources, eventually becoming CHRO for various local and multinational companies in Latin America. As Corporate Director of Talent Management and Organizational Development at LATAM Airlines (Latin America’s leading airline with 54,000 employees), she co-led multiple transformation processes, including the integration of LAN and TAM employees, cultural transformation initiatives, centralization processes, organizational redesign, Lean Management implementation, and new IT system adoption. She also redesigned HR processes and managed multicultural teams across 10+ countries, overseeing a workforce of more than 400 HR professionals.

She was a Board Member at Laboratorios Maver and the International Enneagram Association (IEA), a nonprofit organization based in the United States.

She is the co-author of the books Eneagrama en la Organización (2005, Ed. Cerro Huelén) and Nine Sapiens: Psychology and Evolution of Personality Types (2020, Ed. Universo de Letras)

Claudia loves traveling, exploring different landscapes and cities on foot, discovering hidden spots, and sitting down to watch people go by. She enjoys researching and reading about the topics she is passionate about: personality, genetics, and evolution. She also likes watching history documentaries and crime series. Every now and then, she picks up her guitar. She has been happily married for 32 years, has a daughter, and lives in Barcelona.
