Education

She holds a degree in Business Administration from the Complutense University and an MBA from the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid. Additionally, she is a CPCC (Certified Co-Active Professional Coach), trained at the Coaches Training Institute (C.T.I.). She has completed two leadership development programs: the Co-Active Leadership Program in Sebastopol, CA, and the LDP (Leadership Development Program) from CCL in Brussels.

 

Professional

Before her coaching career, Conchita worked in the financial services sector, starting as a securities analyst at the Madrid Stock Exchange. She then moved to Germany, where she continued her career in Corporate Development/Mergers and Acquisitions advisory, before relocating to Paris. During those years, she was involved in projects related to the international expansion of companies, including acquisitions and strategic alliances.

Conchita has extensive experience working with executives and organizations across various countries and cultures, primarily in multinational private companies. She has worked as a coach and trainer for companies such as BBVA, Endesa, Pfizer, Telefónica, AXA, Philips, Unilever, and Bayer, among others.

She is certified in various coaching and assessment tools, including FIRO-B, MBTI, Change Style Indicator (CSI), Influence Style Indicator (ISI), Campbell Leadership Index, Benchmarks 360° from CCL, California Psychological Inventory (CPI), Hogan, Workplace Big Five Profile, Intercultural Readiness Check (IRC), Sikkhona Team Assessment Model, and Team Coaching Diagnostic (TCI).

She is a trainer for the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in California, and in 2005, she published the book Tácticas de Coaching para Mujeres (Coaching Tactics for Women) with Editorial Síntesis. Additionally, she was the program chair for the 2nd European Conference of the International Coach Federation (ICF) in Sitges.
