Education

Elena studied Psychology at the University of Salamanca, Spain. She holds diplomas in Behavior Therapy from ISEP in Barcelona, Spain, and in Strategic HR Management from the Adolfo Ibáñez University in Santiago, Chile. She became certified in HR Change Management through HCI and is currently pursuing certification as a Strengths-Based Coach at IEPP in Spain.

Elena has over 20 years of experience leading Human Resources and Talent Development departments, aligning and supporting organizational strategy, in industries such as services, airlines, banking, universities, engineering, mining, construction, and industrial processes, both in Chile and Spain.
In addition to her executive career in leadership positions, she has specialized in learning, leadership, coaching, performance, climate, talent development, and executive succession, as well as in designing and developing global strategies and projects. She has led multidisciplinary teams from various countries in managing organizational changes to support companies in their cultural transformations.
Since 2012, Elena has also worked as a Senior Consultant and Coach for renowned Chilean and international companies and institutions.
Her commitment is to accompany business leaders in the strategic management of people and team development, as well as to implement effective and sustainable solutions to achieve organizational goals, creating respectful, transparent, and nurturing work environments.

In her free time, Elena enjoys spending time with her partner and three children, as well as her adopted dog. She loves traveling, forest bathing, and art in general. She is addicted to reading, particularly books related to positive psychology, world history, novels, and biographies. She practices mindfulness and in the winter, she crochets granny squares. Elena has lived in Germany, Spain, and now resides in Chile. Every year, she returns to A Coruña, her hometown, where she enjoys the beautiful landscapes of Galicia, as well as spending time with her family and lifelong friends.
