Gonzalo Migliaro is an experienced leader and strategic consultant specializing in organizational transformation, people development, and executive coaching.
Education
Gonzalo holds a degree in Industrial Civil Engineering from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a Professional Coaching Certification (ACSTH) from Liderhazgo, an ICF-accredited school, reinforcing his expertise in leadership and organizational transformation.
Professional experience

With over 30 years of experience in high-level executive roles, Gonzalo has worked in national and international companies such as Banco Santander, Ripley, and Levi’s Chile (TJC). His extensive career has given him a broad perspective to identify and enhance the key variables and skills required to build high-performance teams—an essential element in organizational success.
Throughout his career, he has held various leadership positions, including General Management, Commercial Management, Operational Excellence, Sales Channels, and Operations. In these roles, he has built teams, strengthened leadership, fostered talent development, and led deep organizational transformation processes.
Currently, he serves as a Senior Consultant, Partner, and Executive Director of Nine Sapiens for Latin America.

Gonzalo enjoys spending his free time with family and friends, engaging in sports—especially those that combine nature and adrenaline, such as mountain biking. He also loves playing padel, traveling the world, learning new languages, reading, and watching movies and series, preferably with historical content.
He is married and a proud father of three children.
