Rosa is an Executive and Team Coach specializing in leadership programs and consulting for executive and organizational development. She is an expert in career transition coaching.

 

Education

 

Rosa holds a degree in Psychology from the Complutense University of Madrid and a Master’s in Human Resources Management from IDE. She is an ICF-accredited Executive Coach, a certified Team Coach by TCI, and a Practitioner in NLP. Additionally, she is certified in Presence-Based Coaching, Mindfulness, and Coaching for Results.

She is trained in various diagnostic and feedback tools, including MBTI (Step I & II), MPG, Strengths Finder, Team Diagnostics Assessment (TDA), Behavioral Event Interview, IRC (Intercultural Readiness Check), 360 Leadership Feedback (LCP), Coaching for Performance (LHH), and Situational Leadership (Blanchard).

 

Professional experience

Rosa has over 20 years of experience in HR leadership roles within multinational companies such as BP, Nutreco, and Monsanto. As HR Director for the Mediterranean region at Monsanto, she led HR strategy implementation in Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, and Turkey. She also coordinated Talent Management across Europe, designing and executing leadership development and high-potential programs.

She has delivered leadership development programs in Spain, South Africa, Hungary, Turkey, France, Belgium, and the Netherlands. She has also conducted executive and team coaching and feedback processes for companies such as AXA, PriceWaterhouse, Renfe, KPMG, Enel, GE, Telefónica, Adeslas, Roche, and Air France.

Rosa is a faculty collaborator at institutions like ESADE, IE, UNED, the University of Barcelona, EUDE, IDDI (Francisco de Vitoria University), CEU, ESIC, Carlos III University, and Georgetown University.

She served as Vice President of Mentoring at the Professional Women Network for ten years, designing and coordinating mentoring programs for a network of 300 professional women. Currently, she is a volunteer advisor for the board of Fundación Yrichen, an NGO.
